How many nails are in a set?

Each set from Illuminesets contains 10 custom nails.

What comes in a custom nail package?

Your custom nail package includes a set of 10 press on nails along with an application kit. This kit is equipped with all the necessary supplies and directions essential for achieving a quick salon-quality application. If you order 1-3 sets of nails, one application kit will be sent with your package unless otherwise requested.

What should I do if my package is lost?

Once the package has been handed over to the local carrier, Illuminesets no longer has control over it. If you encounter issues with the arrival of your package, please contact your local postal service provider for assistance. It is advisable to double-check that the correct address was provided during the order process.

What to do if my nails do not fit the standard nail size?

Illuminesets provides a few options when it comes to custom sizing

• measure your nails beds side wall to side wall and measure in millimeters (mm)

• (US ONLY) Using a quarter take a picture of your bare nails left, right, and thumbs separately

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Due to the fact that Illuminesets provides customs products that are made to order, as well as health and sanitation reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
